3. Addiction is defined as being abnormally tolerant to and dependant on something that is psychologically or physically habit forming

4. Once caffeine enters the blood stream it only takes minutes for the caffeine to reach the entire body

5. The addiction to caffeine is more commonly known as ‘caffeine
dependence syndrome’ and thirty percent of casual users become addicted

6. Caffeine is the second most addicting drug in the world, along the sides of nicotine, heroin, cocaine, and alcohol

7. Caffeine is EVERYWHERE!
A person can become addicted with as little as 100 mg of caffeine daily
