Update mechanism of the OneDrive sync client
OneDrive sync client uses is own self-update mechanism
Each day at least once the OneDrive sync client looks for a new version
After Login into a device
If there is a new version, it downloads the new version (20 MB), installed the new version and delete the old one
After Login: The NGSC runs in the context of a user and not like the old sync client (groove.exe) in the machine context
