Arrive alive- don’t drink and drive.
Don’t talk/text on cell phone whilst driving

Fan recirculation
Inadequate planning and scheduling
Use of single fan to ventilate multiple end heading.
Poor knowledge of ventilation standard.
WELLNESS FOCUS AREAS:
Fatigue management-
Compulsory alcohol/drug testing.
Encourage employees who never tested to participate in the Voluntary counselling.(HCT)
Employee Hearing Conservation Program.
