1. Generate Original Data Report
Generate Average Referrals per Day per Month Graph/Table in SWIS
Click on the Average Referrals per Day per Month Graph from the SWIS dashboard (top graph)
On the left, select the current School Year
Select ‘Major’ as Referral Type
Optional: check ‘Show National Data on Graph’ and ‘Show Values on the Graph’
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button

2. Generate Original Data Report
Generate Status Report in DIBELSnet (dibels.net)
Go to School and District Reports
Select Status Report from the middle column
Scope: School
Year: Select desired school year
Color: Black and white
School: Select desired school and click ‘Submit’
Breakdown by: Measure and click ‘Submit’
Grade: Select desired grade and click ‘Submit’
Click on the link to ‘Download Report’

3. Generate Original Data Report
Generate Referrals by Problem Behavior Graph/Table in SWIS
Click on the Referrals by Problem Behavior Graph from the SWIS dashboard
Select Start Date as first day of the school year (or first day after your last data pull) and end date as today.
Select ‘Major’ as Referral Type
Select ‘Frequency’ as the Sort Order
Optional: check ‘Show Additional Behaviors on the Graph,’ ‘Show Values on the Graph,’ ‘Only Show Problem Behaviors with Data’
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button

4. Generate Referrals by Problem Behavior Graph/Table in SWIS- via a drill down report to disaggregate by specific grades
Select a Drilldown report and drag the following options to include in the dataset
Date/Time: select and drag the desired school year and date range
Demographics: select and drag desired grades
Referral Type: select and drag major referrals
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button
Choose Problem Behavior as the Graph Type
Optional: Click the blue ‘Save Report Template’ button above the graph to save this report for easier generation in the future

5. Generate Original Data Report
Generate Referrals by Location Graph/Table in SWIS
Click on the Referrals by Location Graph from the SWIS dashboard
Select Start Date as first day of the school year (or first day after your last data pull) and end date as today.
Select ‘Major’ as Referral Type
Select ‘Frequency’ as the Sort Order
Optional: check ‘Show Values on the Graph’ and ‘Only Show Locations with Data’
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button

6. Generate Original Data Report
Generate Referrals by Location Graph/Table in SWIS- via a drill down report to disaggregate by specific grades
Select a Drilldown report and drag the following options to include in the dataset
Date/Time: select and drag the desired school year and date range
Demographics: select and drag desired grades
Referral Type: select and drag major referrals
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button
Choose Location as the Graph Type
Optional: Click the blue ‘Save Report Template’ button above the graph to save this report for easier generation in the future

7. Generate Referrals by Perceived Motivation Drilldown Report in SWIS
Click on the Drilldown option in SWIS. Select and drag the following to include in the dataset:
select and drag the desired school year and date range
Referral Type: select and drag major referrals
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button
At the top right corner of the graph, select ‘Perceived Motivation’ as the Graph Type
Optional: Click the blue ‘Save Report Template’ button above the graph to save this report for easier generation in the future

8. Generate Referrals by Perceived Motivation Drilldown Report in SWIS, disaggregated by specific grades
Click on the Drilldown option in SWIS. Select and drag the following to include in the dataset:
select and drag the desired school year and date range
Demographics: select and drag desired grades
Referral Type: select and drag major referrals
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button
At the top right corner of the graph, select ‘Perceived Motivation’ as the Graph Type
Optional: Click the blue ‘Save Report Template’ button above the graph to save this report for easier generation in the future

9. Generate Original Data Report
Generate Ethnicity Report in SWIS
Click on ‘View Reports’ from the top menu in SWIS
Select ‘School Ethnicity’ from the right column
Select ‘Major’ as the Referral Type
Optional: Check ‘Show Values on the Graph’
Click the blue ‘Generate’ button
Select the Data Table tab for Risk Index (first graph/table)

10. Generate Original Data Report
Generate TFI Total Score Report in PBIS Assessment (
Login to PBIS Assessment with your username and password.
Select ‘SWPBIS TFI 2.1’ from the Reports dropdown menu.
Select Total Score Report
Select desired school year from ‘Date Range’ and ‘Display’
If you plan on entering the TFI Subscale Scores (directions on subsequent slides), stay logged in

11. Generate Original Data Report
Generate TFI Scale Report in PBIS Assessment (
If not already logged into PBIS Assessment, enter your username and password
Select ‘SWPBIS TFI 2.1’ from the Reports dropdown menu.
Select Scale Report
Select desired school year from ‘Date Range’ and ‘Display’

12. Generate Original Data Report
Generate TFI Subscale Report in PBIS Assessment (
If not already logged into PBIS Assessment, enter your username and password
Select ‘SWPBIS TFI 2.1’ from the Reports dropdown menu
Select Subscale Report
Select desired school year from ‘Date Range’ and ‘Display’

13. Generate Original Data Report
Locate the All School Data tab in the SRSS Graphing Spreadsheet (if using)
