3 Who Would You Rather Spend Time With?
List those people you spend time with on a regular basis – your family members, your co-workers, your neighbors, friends, football buddies, people in your civic organizations, fellow church members, and others. When you’ve written your list, review the names, putting a minus sign (-) next to those people who are toxic, and a plus sign (+) next to those who are nurturing. These are people who have a negative effect on what you talk about, what you eat, drink, do, watch, listen to, etc. Who do you need to limit your assiciations with, or disassociate from, and why: Expanded (E) or New (N) Now look at it from a positive side.
