Company Processes Storefront operations include personal interaction with a customer concerning which services they want to schedule for their vehicle. Our storefront operation will offer a key drop, valet service in which a customer may drop off his or her key in order to receive on-going service from us, without having to worry about giving us a key repeatedly. This is likely to appeal to customers who are frequently on campus, who prefer face to face interactions with our employees in order to establish a business relation, as well as people who want to opt for our valet, in which we will bring their vehicle to them after we have performed our services, if desired. Online operations is much like the storefront operations in the sense that customers may set up a schedule of services they would like done to their car, including the frequency of these services. These service order may be placed through our mobile app or through our website. Online scheduling may appeal to the people who are not frequently on campus, but would still like their car serviced. Whether services are requested online or in person, customers will have to fill out the appropriate information concerning where the location of the car is that they want serviced. Our employees will be dispatched to job sites equipped with snow shovels, ice scrapers, ice melt, window cleaner, a standard black and decker buffer with 2 buffing pads, and buffing compound. Our list of all season services include: De-icing and cold-starting vehicle Snow removal from surrounding parts of vehicle Removing bugs and bird feces from windshield and other vital areas Headlight buffing for increased visibility
