2 Who was Salvador Dali? You may know him as the guy who painted melting clocks. But he painted naked stuff and elephants too.

3 Where he was from Salvador Dali was born in northern Spain.
He showed great potential as an artist at a young age. His skill was developed by constant lessons throughout his younger years and culminated in his progression into the Royal Academy of Art in Madrid.

4 Where did he go Went to the Royal Art Academy of Madrid.
Painted “Honey is Sweeter Than Blood” soon after going to the Royal Art Academy. Became a prominent Surrealist because of “Honey is Sweeter Than Blood”.

5 What he painted Salvador Dali was known as a surrealist.
Dali exploited the shock value of combining the mechanist with the obscene, convulsed, and tortured. Most of the symbolism Dali used in his paintings was understood only by Dali himself.

6 When did he paint? The majority of Dali’s paintings were made during the years of WWII. In these times, he painted the following works; “Honey is Sweeter than Blood”, “Persistence of Memory”, and “Discovery of America by Christopher Columbus”. These works were the most prominent pieces of work from him. During these times, Dali got married and started holding art exhibitions again. Dali went on to be one of the greatest Spanish artists ever.
