What is Raynaud’s? A condition in which some areas of the body feel numb and cool in certain circumstances.Cold temperatures are most likely to trigger an attack. Exposure to cold, such as putting your hands in cold water, taking something from a freezer or encountering cold air, is the most likely trigger. For some people, emotional stress can cause an episode of Raynaud's.

Scientific description
Raynaud’s phenomenon is a disorder that affects blood vessels, mostly in the fingers and toes. It causes the blood vessels to narrow when you are cold or feeling stress. This normally affects the connective tissue

Signs & Symptoms The fingers, toes, ears, and tip of the nose are normally involved and feel numb and cool in cold temperatures or stress. It's often changes in the color of the skin.

Cause Doctors don't completely understand the cause of Raynaud's, but blood vessels in the hands and feet appear to overreact to cold temperatures or stress and causes smaller arteries to narrow and limit blood circulation to hands and feet (usually).

Cure No cure! But there is treatment such as dressing warmer wearing gloves or heavy socks usually are effective in dealing with symptoms. Medications are available to treat more-severe cases but is not often prescribed

Worst case scenario Your fingers could become so numb that you might not be aware if you injure them or you might find it hard to move my hands in any situation
