What did we find? Poverty 70% of households live in poverty.
One third of households’ gross weekly income less than £150. 40% of people in poverty are in employment.

What did we find? Fuel Poverty Poor Health
37% of our tenants are either in fuel poverty or extreme fuel poverty. Poor Health 37% of our tenants are disabled or have a chronic health condition.

What did we find? Ethnicity Digital Exclusion
20% of our residents are from a minority ethnic background. Digital Exclusion Only 46% of tenants have access to the internet.

It made us think differently
We had to ask ourselves…. What’s our role in tackling national issues like health and poverty? How should we work with others to improve tenants’ lives?
