5. What did we find? Poverty 70% of households live in poverty.
One third of households’ gross weekly income less than £150.
40% of people in poverty are in employment.

6. What did we find? Fuel Poverty Poor Health
37% of our tenants are either in fuel poverty or extreme fuel poverty.

20% of our residents are from a minority ethnic background.
