To access a WHIF report through the myUCF portal, enter your NID and Password. Click

SELECT “Staff Applications” or “Faculty/Advisor Self Service” Most advisors will use Faculty/Advisor Self Service, unless their department requires additional PeopleSoft access.

Select View Any Student

Enter UCFID, then Search

Select What-If Report from the drop-down list

Select Create New Report

8 How to Process a WHIF Audit Report
Select Undergraduate in the Career field, then enter all desired search criteria in Catalog Year, Academic Program, Academic Plan, and Academic Track (if needed). Click Submit Request.

You can also run a WHIF audit report in PeopleSoft. If your department will use PeopleSoft functions, SELECT “Campus Solutions” from the Staff Applications menu on the left inside the myUCF portal.

SELECT “Request Advisement Report” It is helpful to bookmark this page; in the future, selecting the bookmark will take you directly to the PeopleSoft login screen.

SELECT “Add a New Value” for a new audit. If you have recently run an audit for the student, you can enter the UCFID here.

Enter UCFID and report type, then select Add. Report Type is always uadv. Select Add.

Select Use Career Simulation

Select View/Change the Career Simulation

15 How to Process a WHIF Audit Report
In Academic Career, always select Undergraduate. Select the appropriate terms in the Career Requirement and Requirement Term sections. The terms should match. In Academic Program, select the appropriate college. Select Academic Plan. Again, select the appropriate Requirement Term. If degree program requires a track/specialization, enter it here. After entering all criteria, click OK.

16 How to Process a WHIF Audit Report
Select Process Request.
