2. Step 1: Foundation Coverage (light, medium, full) Consistency
Foundation evens out skin tone and provides a base for any makeup that will go on top of it.

Quick Tips:
*Test foundation on your jawbone to make sure the color blends into your neck.
*Brushes are the best way to apply liquid or crème foundation:
-Provide a more even application
-Do not collect as much bacteria as sponges
-Better quality brushes last much longer
*Always apply a moisturizer with SPF in it.

3. Step 2: Eyeshadow
Look for shadows that have the undertone of the color opposite your eye color. These shades will bring out your eyes the most.
Brown is not on the color wheel, but look to see what undertones are in your eye (most often golds, greens, and reds.) Follow the suggestions based on the undertones.

*This color wheel is just a suggestion method -- by no means are there rules or right or wrong ways to wear makeup!
*Avoid shadows that are the same color as your eyes.
*When going to the makeup counter, specify what kind of look you’re wanting. “Neutral” and “smokey” eyes are subjective!

4. Step 3: Lipstick
*The more dramatic the eye, the more neutral the lip should be.
*Always try a lipstick on.
*Use a lip balm underneath your lipstick.
*Use different colored glosses to brighten or dull a lipstick for different occasions and outfits.
*Lipliners are not necessary, but a good base if you want longlasting color.

6. Gossip of the Week: Marilyn Monroe’s sex tape sells for $1.5 million
In the sordid tradition of peddling raunchy video footage of celebrities a la Paris Hilton, a long-buried sex movie of Marilyn Monroe recently hit the market. An illicit copy of the steamy, still-FBI-classified reel - 15 minutes of 16mm film footage in which the original blond bombshell performs oral sex on an unidentified man - was just sold to a New York businessman for $1.5 million.
The footage appears to have been shot in the 1950s. The silent black-and-white flick shows Monroe on her knees in front of a man whose face is just out of the shot.
Morgan said he discovered the film while doing research for a documentary on Monroe... The feds eventually confiscated the original footage - but not before the informant made a copy of it, which is what was just sold by his son, Morgan said.
According to the documents, "Former baseball star Joseph DiMaggio in the past had offered [the informant] $25,000 for this film, it being the only one in existence, but he refused the offer.
