3. Musical Fees – how much does it cost and when is it due?
Still a few families who have not paid fees.
Problems with paying? Please see Mr. Stephenson or Mr. C as soon as possible to work out other arrangements

4. Attendance – When does my child need to be at rehearsals and what happens if they need to miss
ALL ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY FOR THE DURATION OF THE MONTH AND RUN OF THE SHOW.

5. Volunteers – how can I help?
WE NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS!!!
Set building needs to be completed THIS WEEK!! We are almost done. We will be building Thursday and Friday at 6:30pm, and Saturday starting at 9:00am.
We need help with stage crew. There are some pieces that are too ungainly for the student stage crew members. We need about 10 strong adults to help backstage every performance night!

6. Make-up – We need to look pretty
Boys:
Eyeliner
Mascara
No base. Mr. Stephenson will provide the base for the boys.
Girls:
Base
Neutral Lipstick
Rouge
EVERYONE NEEDS DEODERANT IN THEIR COSTUME BOX!!

7. Tickets – how do I see the show?
Most ticket sales are done online through Yapsody; there are same-day box office kiosks available in the cafeteria
Assigned tickets - $3 each
Wheelchair access
Volunteer hours of 20 or more = early ticket purchase options
Tickets go on sale January 10, 2017 at 7:00pm

8. Costuming – What am I wearing?
Basic costuming was due on Tuesday, January 2nd
The costume list is on Mr. C’s website
Every student needs a box with their name on it to store costumes and props
All costuming questions should be directed to Sarah Snowder
Costumes need to be at school by Monday, January 9th!! No exceptions!!
