*Through SOAR pre-screening process individual determinations are made for employment readiness /willingness based on client statements. *Individuals expressing desire to work are referred to St. Joseph the Worker for employment services. *Once arriving at SJW motivational interviewing techniques are administered in order to determine level of comprehensive services necessary in order to best assist clients predetermined needs.

Services *One-on one job development *Training and Certification Assistance *Job Readiness classes *Phone Access *Resume, and cover letter assistance *Mailing address access *Application Assistance *Clothing resources *Job Leads *Computer Assistance *Transportation Assistance *Financial Coaching *Mock Interview Assistance

Follow Up *Based on clients individuals needs clients are offered additional assistance for up to 90 days after employment begins. *Ongoing support may include but not limited to additional job searching assistance. (Looking for higher paying position). *Transportation Assistance *Additional financial coaching assistance with (Budgeting, credit repair, referrals for asset allocations, etc.).
