Introduction Introduction finding and getting a good job can be categorized as a top priority of every individual. Many would think that it is all about the money. One important factor is the workplace environment. There are many unfortunate people, who experience workplace bullying.

Definition & facts Introduction Workplace bullying, according to WBI( Workplace Bullying Institute), is health-harming mistreatment of persons( the targets) by perpetrators. that takes one or more of the following forms: verbal abuse. offensive behaviors which are threatening, humiliating , or intimidating. work interference or sabotage which prevents work from getting done.
