Well in 2008 as many of you know the real estate crash. Robert ended up closing most of his CB branches and decided to start is own… ERS “Elite” realty service, we are focus on creating “elite” agents that will take care of our clients and help us create a great branding. (Makes people think they want to be the elite, top agents will be more likely to be interested and even the bad agents will all want to be better, also gives them a mindset to work harder and them thinking they are ELITE agents have higher chances of them becoming one) Robert saw many of his agents that left going into insurance, they needed to survive and pay bills still, so when he started ERS he added in Insurance so agents will have multiple streams of income. Insurance is recession proof, people always need to protect their assets and loved ones. However it had a positive affect with our clients as well… we took care of our clients better… when we helped them find that perfect house, we could find the best loan here preapproved in the same office right away, We will also protect them from losing that home whether from disaster or “Uh oh” moments. We take better care for the client with what we call the “total living concept” Each of these industries you can make a very good living, on its own but with all three you can make more money and not worry about the market affecting your income. 1 Business Concept: T.L.C.
