Why is This Important? Human Rights
Key component to a good economic strategy Growth and Development is essential for all companies if they want to survive in a fast-paced and increasingly multidiverse society Win the fight for talent: Talent as comparative advantage Engage in customers journey’s: Personal products and services that function across digital platforms. Embrace industry: Robotics, AI, digital and automatization leads to lower cost and can be used to improve while fulfilling higher CPR and sustainability expectations Stay ahead of innovation curve. So why is goal 5: gender equality important I think We can all agree that it is important simply because equality is a human rights issue and we want to see a world that provides an equal opportunity for all regardless of gender, sexual orientation, nationality religion and skin color. And as I mentioned earlier it is also a key component to developing a good economic strategy, whether were talking about a country or a company. Growth and development is essential for all companies if they wish to survive and thrive in a fast-paced and increasingly multidiverse society. Because as a company you wanna: -win the fight for talent, not miss out on the best and new thinking nurse you couldve ever hired because he happened to be male. -you want to Engage in the customers journey, and if your company board only consists of one gender youre missing out on connecting and personalizing a product or service to half the population -You want to embrace all the technology, but you cant be seen or function as a highly modernized institution despite all the new tech and apps you make use of if your gender equality policies are from the 1950s -Point is that it is important because we need to stay ahead of innovative culture, attract the talented workers and give them a working environment where they can thrive,
