This specification covers the quality requirements for LG optical sheet

4way Core Roll HC has a function of decreasing viewing angle in Left/Right Side .

5. Structure of product
5-1. Structure
The pattern of a transparent trapezoid composed of acryl resin and a dark trapezoid filled with a black material is formed on one side of the polyester film.
PSA is laminated on the other side.

6-1. Structure terms
- Pitch : The total distance between the black lines width and transparence line width
of the 4way Core Roll
- Depth : The height of the pattern of dark trapezoid
6-2. Property terms
- Transmittance : The fraction of incident light that passes through 4way Core Roll
- Color coordinate : x, y value that is measured according to CIE system of color
specification
- Haze : The fraction of incident light that is scattered through 4way Core Roll
6-3. Defect terms
- Defect : It means things that affect the product’s function such as unwanted material
or transformation which exists inside of the product or is attached to the surface.
However, it doesn’t mean things that do not harm the product such as light air
that can be easily removed.
ex) a very small amount of dust on the surface
- Black spot : A defect shaped like an opaque spot of different color or chromatic color.
It is called average diameter(D).
- White spot : A defect shaped like a white or translucent spot.
- Line defect : A defect shaped like a line. ( white line, black line, Scratch )
- Pollution : attachment such as fingerprints
- Dimple : As seen in the picture, a defect shaped like an oval. It brings
optical unevenness. It is observed as “core” and “wing”.

6. 4way Core Roll 9. Product warranty
9-1. If any trouble or defect in workmanship which the company is regarded
liable for occurs, we agree to repair or replace the defective one without
charge for 6 month from the date of supplies.
9-2. If Bag open, the assurance period is 3 month.
10. 4M Change Notification
10-1. In case of the situation that needs to change manufacture process,
specification, both sides should contact each other and come to an
agreement beforehand.
10-2. Exchange the modified specification by mutual consent.
10-3. Deal with inventory of products manufactured before changes in the
plan by mutual consent.
11. Delivery Form
11-1. Attach colorless translucent cohesive protection film on the pattern side.
products are put into an individual plastic bag and packed respectively
with a product tag recording the following items.
① the name of the product
② the volume of the product
③ Lot number

12. Keeping condition & Attention
Avoid direct sunlight, keep the product in 20±20℃, 50±20%(humidity).
Keep the product flat, try not to drop it while handling the product.

1. 제품을 PE-Film 으로 감싼다. → 2. PE-Film 중앙 부위에 제품 검수서를 부착한다. →
3. 제품 양 측면에 홀더를 삽입한 후 PP banding을 한다. → 4. 지게차를 이용하여 제품을
하부 box에 적재한다.(방습제 삽입) → 5. 홀더 양 측면 빈 공간은 종이 Pad를 끼우거나, PP
