1. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
If the ladder is not in the proper position to extend the fly
The butt person will give the command to pivot the ladder

2. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
The butt person will tap the beam that the ladder is to be pivoted on.
In choosing the beam consideration should be given to placement after the pivot is completed

3. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
The two beam recruits will position themselves to the outside of the beams
The recruits hands should be on the beams

4. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
The recruit on the pivot beam will place both hands on the beam and the toes of one foot on the butt of the beam
The foot on the beam should not cause the recruit to step backwards

5. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
On the command to pivot the ladder, the ladder will be slightly leaned to the pivot beam

6. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
The butt person will have both hands on the beams and assist with stability

7. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
The recruit on the pivot beam will watch the butt of the ladder during the pivot

8. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
The recruit on the beam that has been slightly raised will watch the tip of the ladder during the pivot

9. 3PERSON LADDER PIVOT
The beam recruits will pivot the ladder until the ladder is in position to raise the fly

10. 3 PERSON LADDER PIVOT
When the ladder is in the proper position to raise the fly
The recruits will raise the ladder according to procedure
