WHY The donors want to help reduce any perceived barriers to going solar and incentivize those willing to lead the movement toward renewable energy in the Richmond area. This program would also seek to: Create administrative efficiencies for public bodies, Achieve scale by leveraging $12 million in private capital investment for a projected 5 MW of solar, and Inspire other communities to do the same - phone:
