4 Voice: Inflection is emphasis placed on a word to create meaning
variation prevents monotonous presentations makes your speech more interesting attention to mixed messages (up implies question; down implies conviction & strength)

project your voice - aim for the back go faster to excite to gain maximum attention, say some words louder repeat important words

Recognize the physical symptoms of nervousness; Re-interpret them positively; Use your nervousness to fuel the excellence of your presentation.
