If you are an administrator at your institution and have been provided admin credentials, you can log into the administrator module of Dynamic Health to hide certain skills that do not pertain to your institution, as well as add notes to skill guides for members of your institution.

Hiding skills can make it easier for your users to manage their search results by not displaying information that would not be relevant to them. Adding notes can assist your users by including information that is relevant to your institution’s practices.

To hide skills in Dynamic Health, begin by logging in to the Dynamic Health administrator site with your ID and password.

Search for a Skill that you would like to hide using the search box.

In the result list, click the Skill you would like to hide.

On the Skill Guide page, click the Hide Content button.

Confirm that you wish to hide that content by clicking the Yes I am Sure button.

The system confirms that your selected Skill has been hidden from users and gives you the option to Un-hide it. Click your administrator user name and select Admin Tools to return to the Admin screen.

If after hiding a Skill, you decide you would like that content displayed and available to your users, it can be un-hidden from Skill Guide as well as the Hidden Content screen in the Dynamic Health administrator module.

Click the Unhide link for the hidden skill that you would like to unhide.

Click the Yes, I am Sure button to confirm that you would like the Skill content displayed to users.

The Skill content is removed from the Hidden Content list and is once again available to your users.

To add a note to a skill guide, begin by searching for the skill guide to which you would like to add the note.

Click the Add Note button.

Enter your text in the Workplace Note field and click the Save & Publish button.

Your note is displayed above the skill content
Your note is displayed above the skill content. You can edit or delete your notes using the links to the right of your note text.
