China Proposes the Global Ecosystems and Environment Observation and Analysis Research Cooperation Partnership (GEOARC). GEOARC initiated by China NRSCC and has published the remote sensing methodology based global reports for 4 years(12 books have been published). China has collaborated with some GEO Members (Nepal,Pakisatan, etc.) and POs (UNESCAP, etc.) to promote this GEOARC work to the wider range and serve more countries.
2
Germany Cop4SDG initiated by the German Federal Environment Agency (UBA), respectively the German Federal Agency for Cartography and Geodesy (BKG, also responsible for UN-GGIM in Germany), both contributing to the GEO Initiative “EARTH OBSERVATIONS IN SERVICE OF THE 2030 AGENDA FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT” Several landuse/landcover activities of the German Aerospace Center (DLR), contributing to the GEO Activity „LAND COVER AND LAND COVER CHANGE“.

Pakistan Pakistan Met Dept (PMD): supports and appreciates and initiatives based on three priorities for coming years. PMD is the only organization monitoring the glaciers of HKH through recently installed obs-stations at higher altitudes that is also likely to be expanded in coming five years, an effective support to three priorities of GEO (Sustainable developmnt, CC and GHG monitoring and DRR).

UK Expresses particular support for the activity ‘Earth Observations for the Water-Energy-Food (W-E-F) Nexus’ and would encourage a broader base of support and activities for this. Encourages the activity ‘Synergised multi-source remote sensing products and services’ to refer to collaborations with European and US participants in the production of multi-sensor, long time-series datasets such as the GlobTemp project and through the ILSTE group, a great example of knowledge exchange and cross-contributions.

COSPAR Expertise offered in:
Cal-val, quality evaluation of EO products and a variety of EO applications. generating multi-source common data products and services through synergized processing. innovative systems for in-situ ecosystem monitoring, linking scale-appropriate remotely-sensed information with plant traits and ecosystem function. increased use of Earth observation data in Africa, help coordinate stakeholders to reduce duplication of efforts, and participate in organizing and implementing capacity building initiatives. Review Work Plan. Input information to progress activities and process, mainly focusing on SDCG, MDG and R&D.

Future Earth Resilience.io
A global support network of integrated tools and collaboration for financing and decision making for urban resilience.
7
GEO BON Extensive reworking of implementation plan.
8
Acquawatch GEO AquaWatch group to submit an implementation plan to be considered as an Initiative in the next update of the GEO Work Programme.
