What is a Guided Discovery?
The Guided discovery is a tool for your Unit to use to help your unit plan. You complete the information from 2015 JTE and then set goals for 2016 and who in the unit will take responsibility for helping the unit met their goals.

A framework for planning the year.
A method for evaluating your unit.
Guidance in areas where you might do better.
Specific guidelines and standards of what is considered good performance
Early warning of potential problem areas.
Recognition for good Scouting.
Benchmarking to get ideas and tips from other good units
