Establish an effective mechanism for the public engagement (public citizen, civil society organizations, academia, research institutions, media, and other interested groups) by providing for the public to testify at legislative hearings or survey focus group for capturing a range of public perspective on the budget matter, including the discussions at the 2nd Commission of the National Assembly and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
