What are FSAs? Agency offered marketing services in response to partner requests. These fall in two types: Open-ended A request for quote is initialed. Flat fee The agency has a specific service they are offering for a specific price. Agencies offer marketing services in response to partner requests. These services are available in two formats: Open ended, where the partner makes a specific request/order and the agency provides a quote for the order or declines (rejects) to provide a quote. In this instance there is discussion between the partner and agency as to the services provided and their costs. Flat fee, where the agency has a specific service they are offering for a specific price.

Select the Partners tab, then Agencies Search for an existing agency, or click “Add Agency” to being the new sign up process Set the correct Partner filters Select apply to save changes

From the top level menu select Content, then Create New Custom Activity Fill out the correct information for the FSA and select Next Add Full Service offerings. Repeat this process as needed. Set Permission levels, then click apply to save, Click Publish to make it available in PMC, then tie it to a specific campaign.

Partner Select an FSA within a Campaign. If it has a quote, the quote activity page will display and the partner will fill it out. The agency will log in and select Quote Request and can respond to the quote. The Partner can cancel by going into campaigns, My Campaigns, then select the activity and hit the Cancel Order button.
