6. Introduction
KC Transport has been involved in the Montana and North Dakota oilfields since 2007.  The company was started by two motivated men and one truck. Through hard work, determination and a dedicated “hands on” approach, these two men transformed their one truck and hard work into one of the larger transportation companies in the Montana-North Dakota oilfields.
We are still growing, with up to 35 company trucks and pneumatic trailers, KC has striven to bring their customers an unsurpassed amount of professional service over the years.

The owners Cole Wirth and Keltz Hall’s 45 years of combined oilfield, construction experience and knowledge, gives KC a unique position and strong foothold for various markets.
Our business mix of having trucking, multiple rail spurs, extensive dry warehouse storage, over 25 acres of physical plant, and an enthusiastic workforce, gives our customers a strategic advantage.

9. Short History
From the humble beginnings of just two trucks in 2007, the company has grown into a fleet with continued success in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Nebraska and now into Utah and Nevada.
KC believes looking outside the box to provide great opportunities for growth and sustainability.
For the last four years cement and barite have been an important addition to our product delivery base.
We are diversifying and haul a lot more than just sand.

10. Compliance
Safety and compliance are KC’s highest priorities. KC Transport employs both safety and compliance personnel.
KC’s compliance officer works closely to maintain good communication with local & state FMCSA agents for clarification of Rules & Regulations on a regular basis.
Regular safety meetings are held and all incidents are used for continuing education and training.
KC takes pride in being able to offer top notch compliance and safety ratings to its customers.

12. Safety
It has become evident through the course of our endeavors that safety is an ongoing process that needs to be practiced each and every day by all employees. Safety throughout our organization continues to be our “highest priority”.
Total recordable incident rate (TRIR) and experience mods have been consistently low for 6 years.
KC has had NO driving injury's or fatalities in the history of our business.

We have scaled up in terms of equipment, with the addition of new trailer equipment we can now haul 40 ton loads.
