The reform is about to begin. The reform is “blessing in disguised” for BEC as the industry will be more transparent and orderly. Long awaited new investment opportunities in domestic market will be opened for BEC.

17 No New Rates at October 1st 2005:
BEC will not raise its primetime ad-rate up this October as our loading is not as tight as we used to be. However, there were many increases during the year on non-primetime slots. BEC used to adjust its rate-card up every October in line with the 2nd wave of high season. The increases are intended primary to cope with the growing demands, whereas our efficiency is also an additional attribute.

18 High Operating Leverage:
As our operating costs and expenses are mostly fixed in nature, thus BEC World has high operating leverage. Our profitability will improve greater than the growth rate of our revenue growth. Revenue and Profit Growth (1Q99 is BASE)

19 BEC’s Dividend History:
Baht per share BEC World intends to grow its dividend as well as to retain high payout ratio.
