Client Eligibility Clients are prioritized based on the following criteria: Age 65+ Health and Mobility Challenges Low Income Isolated

Better at Home Province-wide program which provides non-medical home support services to seniors Funded by the Ministry of Health and managed by the United Way of the Lower Mainland Over 67 sites providing services throughout BC Not all sites offer all programs (OSS offers all)

Program Descriptions Grocery Shopping Phone-In* and Walk-In shopping assistance at both Safeway locations on Thursdays. Volunteer based Food Hamper Delivery Program Dry good hamper delivered from Food Bank to homebound seniors once/month. Volunteer based Friendly Visitor 1 hour/week minimum. Volunteer based Housekeeping* 1-2 hour appointments every 3 weeks Fee based on income level *= WAITLISTED
