Login to ETS 1. Login to ETS with your user name and password
2. Expand Offset 3. Select Authorizations

Request Authorization
2. Select the Requesting Company 1. Click Request Authorization You may either select an existing Contact from the drop down list or enter new contact information. If the contact exists the information will auto populate. 3. Enter Contact information

Request Authorization - Add Offset Notice Number
2. Enter the Offset Notice Number 1. Click Add Offset Notice Number to select the offset 3. Select Search

Request Authorization - Add Offset - continued
4. Click on the check box 5. Click OK 6. Enter the Attention Name for this Offset, if available. This is an optional field.

Submit Request Authorization
1. Click Submit 2. Click Close

1. Select Authorizations 2. Enter your search Parameters 3. Click on Search

Authorization Status Definitions
Approved: As an Applicant, you can see the Designated Representative has concurred your offset authorization request. Pending: As an applicant, you can see the authorization request is submitted but the Designated Representative has not yet Approved nor Rejected the offset authorization request. Concur: As the Designated Representative, you can see the authorization request is submitted by the applicant but is not yet concurred by you. Granted: As the Designated Representative, you can see which authorization requests have been concurred by you. Rejected: As an Applicant, you can see the Designated Representative has rejected the offset authorization request. Revoked: As an Applicant, you can see the Designated Representative has revoked a previously concurred (approved) authorization request.

Concur Authorization 2. Select Show Concur 1. Select Authorizations
3. Click on Search 4. The search results display

Authorization Request Report
1. Double Click on the Authorization Request link The Authorization Request report will open in .PDF format and shows the details of the authorization request for your review.

Submit Concur Authorization
1. Click on the dropdown and select Yes 2. Click on Submit 3. Click on Close Upon submission of the request, ETS will send an to the applicant advising that the Concur request is completed.

Reject an Authorization Request
Follow the same process to select the Authorization to Concur, but select No in the Concurrence dropdown. 1. Click on the dropdown and select No 2. Enter Comments for rejecting the authorization request 3. Click on Submit Upon submission of the request, ETS will send an to the applicant advising that the request has been rejected.

Revoke a Previously Granted Authorization
2. Select your parameters. 1. Select Authorizations 3. Click on Search

Revoke - Continued Click on Revoke
Upon selecting “revoke", ETS will send an to the applicant advising of the request that has been revoked.
