Generous kingdom giving is sanctifying – it makes us more like Christ. He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness.

Generous kingdom givers realize that increased material blessing from God is actually designed to be given away. You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way. (ESV) You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion. (NIV)

Generous kingdom giving meets needs and results in overflowing thanksgiving to God. For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many thanksgivings to God.
