New PAC Executive Committee
AMCH is pursuing the creation of a new subsidiary corporation (tbd) to manage the institution's responsibilities under DSRIP. Advantages: liability protection, delegated authority/empowerment of 5 committees Impact for the PAC Exec – clarifies its role; results in a revised mission/ charter and clear decision making based on new delegated authority.

The role of the PAC Exec chair
The PAC Executive Committee is required to elect a chair (or two co-chairs) who will have responsibility for: Running the PAC Exec meetings Helping to set the agenda Communicating with committee members Maintaining documentation necessary to demonstrate achievement of metrics Providing leadership and direction to the PMO

Committee Updates and Chairs
Finance – chaired by William Hasselbarth Workforce – chair to be determined Cultural Competency & Health Literacy – chaired by Tandra Lagrone Technology & Data Management – chaired by Mary Hand Clinical & Quality Affairs – chaired by Dr. K. Manjunath Consumer & Community Affairs – co-chaired by Bill Farragon and Marcus Harazin Audit & Compliance – chaired by Noel Hogan All committee have completed formation activities. Membership for selected committees remains open.

DSRIP Funding Updates New and expanded finance committee is involved in approval of funds flow and submission of financial plan, due 12/31/15 Fiscal analysis of project specific funding underway CRFP awards are now anticipated in October Funds flow remains under development Provider contracts anticipated in fall

Payments become more variable and based upon demonstrated progress towards commitments

Project implementation
Project implementation teams have been established and have completed draft of implementation plans due 7/31/15 Final draft implementation plan to be presented July 27th PAC meeting for feedback and endorsement Commitment of participating partners – due October 31, 2015

Provider Surveys The PMO is required to capture baseline information from participating providers and other sources. Proposal: develop one comprehensive readiness survey that will assess IT capabilities and infrastructure, current workforce, cultural competency, health literacy and other training needs, project readiness, current state of PCMH readiness, financial stability, clinical operations (patients served, hours of operation, etc.) and other elements Need feedback from the PAC Exec in terms of the feasibility of the approach, pilot test the survey if applicable, etc.
