The main ways jobs can be redesigned
Job rotation: shifting of an employee from one task to another with similar skills. Job enrichment: expand jobs by increasing the worker controls the planning.

Three alternative work arrangments
Flextime: The employee must work a specific number of hours. Job sharing: allows two or more individuals to split and share their work. Telecommuting: Flexible hours and few or no interruption from colleagues.

How flexible benefits turn into motivation?
Flexible benefits are good because it allows each employee to put together a benefits package individually.
