Program for e-Tour Management system.
All tour related process would be brought online. 2.

Terms of Reference (ToR) have been approved by Secretary (WR).
NICSI is being approached for taking up its implementation. 3.
Development of HRMS
HRMS will be critical in providing a single access point of data entry and retrieval on human resources.
NICSI is being approached for its implementation as well. 4.
Complaint Management System
Is being developed in-House by NIC Cell for effective monitoring internal complaints regarding infrastructure etc.

15. Suggestions for improvement of e-Governance
Preparation of Dedicated team of suitable officers under the Nodal Officers of the Ministry.
Adherence to timelines must be ensured.
Identification of other Areas/ system/ processes pertaining to their Organization/ Wing/ Division to introduce in e-Governance mode.
Heads of Organizations should monitor the progress of e-Governance regularly.
Proper training of Staff to make it more successful.
