What you can do at home to foster the transdisciplinary skills
Encourage social play and interactions When conflicts arise, focus on problem-solving Encourage independence – tying shoelaces, doing their homework independently, packing their school bags Make healthy choices When they have questions, pursue the answers through asking people, reading books or looking for online resources Do physical activities and sports Read, read, read – ask higher order thinking questions about text Encourage your child to communicate in your mother tongue
