Please submit requests at least days prior to the date you are requesting jurors to report to allow the COJ office time to make your summons request.
Notify COJ office immediately if a trial should cancel so they may attempt to cancel the mailing of summonses.
Once submitted, you will receive an indicating which forms have been mailed to your Court.
You or the clerk are required to complete the Juror Utilization form whether or not the jurors actually appear.
