Graduated from TKK 2012 (Helsinki University of Technology, known as Aalto currently) Began his career at Fortum 2008 Software Architect, became Team Leader since last year

Our Findings: As a worker in Fortum 1 & 2 From the perspective of Johannes’ Unit
In general, it depends a lot in which unit you are working at However, we were able to list these attributes: Problem solving skills Flexibility Ability to learn and maintain constant learning Responsibility of your own learning outside of work Professional literature (articles, books, journals, studies) Keeping contact with colleagues (inside and outside of company) In addition to self-learning, company often provides various trainings What technical skills / qualifications did he see beneficial for working with Fortum in his Unit? What generic skills did he see beneficial for working with Fortum in his Unit?
