Order of Ministry of Transport and Communication RK dated №150 «Program of civil aviation personnel training and English Language Proficiency Requirements». Project of new edition «Personnel Licensing». Project of «Qualification Requirements for Personnel Licensing in Civil Aviation».

3 English Language Proficiency Requirements
Order of Ministry of Transport and Communication RK dated №150 «Program of civil aviation personnel training and English Language Proficiency Requirements»: - Pilots and ATCOs who involved in conduct and provision of international flights should demonstrate English on ICAO Level 4 or higher for radiotelephony communication. Test should be in accordance with ICAO requirements and recommendations. Qualification level should be write in License of Pilot or Controller. The repeated ELP testing: Level 4 – every 3 years; Level 5 – every 6 years; Level 6 – no retest. Test should be approved by CAA.

8 English Language Training to reach and maintain ICAO Requirements
Refresher Courses using English Language training (4-6 weeks) - about 300 ATCOs per year; English Language Course from Level 3 to Level 4 (6 weeks); English Language Course from Level 3 to Level 4 (2 weeks) – for ATCOs who have 1-2 marks of Level 3.

9 Ab–Initio Training of ATCOs (In period 2004-2010 – were trained 180 New ATCOs)
Rudloe College (UK) - 102 ANS Training Centre (Almaty) – 54 Rigas Aeronavigation Institute (Latvija) – 24 Duration of Training months; Selection of Candidate in accordance with International Requirements; Use the modern methods and facilities in training process; Updated the program of training.

Rudloe College (UK) - 6 ANS Training Centre (Almaty) – 20 Rigas Aeronavigation Institute (Latvija) – 6 – 10 new ATCOs from ANS TC ICAO Level 5 ICAO Level 4
