Very strong focus on driving the marketplace to embrace the enhanced capabilities of WITSML – eg. plug & play of intelligent algorithms and tools.

BP is re-defining its digital technology delivery to support Drilling & Completions
We are looking to standardise tools and processes on a global basis
D&C Digital is an integrated service delivery covering R&D technology and applications support
D&C Digital is a mark of quality that justifiably sets expectations for our customers
Everyone delivering digital services to the BP D&C community will be seen as an extended member of the D&C Digital team

5. D&C Digital Recommended Practices
The D&C Digital portal will be a single access point for all information on D&C global operations. It will also contain the latest information on D&C Domain projects and D&C Digital operations.
D&C Digital RP’s will be developed and published in the “Best Practice” area.
The portal will be available in June 2006.
The D&C Digital portal is a tool for the D&C global community.
