Pharmacy Search was developed to provide access to prescription data on members as a tool for care management activities. Providers who have secure logins to the website may access this information on patients that they are treating.

3. While most of the information on this website is available without a secure login, the Pharmacy Search is only available when logged in.

4. Providers must submit detailed information to request a login to the website. This information will be used to create a secure login which will then be ed back to the provider. .

5. The Pharmacy Search tool can be accessed from the top menu or the left menu when the user is on the Consultation Tools page.

7. Users are required to enter the Date of Birth and a partial first and last name. Results will be returned if the search parameters are specific enough to return only one member.

8. When a member meets the search requirements, summary information will be displayed. To see more details the user will click the View link.
