We assemble those advance toilet at bank of Sangam which will be odorless and won’t cause any kind of impurity irrespective of its usage . Our Technology in covers all others drawback in single design which make us step ahead from others.

Concept of Zero Discharge Toilet
The concept of zero discharge effluent aims to eliminate discharges to the aquatic environment, recycle and reuse all possible solid and liquid process wastes, and reduce air emissions to the lowest possible quantity and toxicity. For all practical purposes, the concept of zero discharge necessarily means the following: Recovery of reusable water/other materials from waste water; Minimization or, no discharge of polluting substances into the environment away from the waste water treatment facility.

Sanitation and Solid Waste Management of Mobile Toilets
Adequate numbers Mobile Toilets should be placed at all locations. This toilet contain Waste collection Tank . The Tank should be emptied frequently, at least twice a day, to maintain a clean and safe environment. The number of Toilet van will depend on the size of the event, the population density, crowd movement and the amount of waste generated per day. Daily timely pick up and disposal of solid waste should be made Waste disposal sites/ landfill sites should be identified well in advance and it should be out of the vicinity of the city. To prevent open air defecation, zero discharge toilets need to be constructed. additionally, adequate number of mobile toilets should be arranged. Regular fogging, sprinkling of bleaching powder and other pest control measures should be taken to contain communicable/ non communicable diseases Project

10 seater Toilets van have FRP Waste tank. Waste tank have capacity to store 1700 liter of Solid and Liquid waste . Waste tank have 7mtr long Haus Pipe to disposal of waste material in to cleaning van . Side platform special type design molded FRP sheet for self draining. Self draining type toilet collects water and drained in to waste tank.

1 SEAT User/person Takes = 10 minutes 1 seats user/person for 12 hour will 72 Person/person 10 seats user/person for 12 hours = 720 Person/users 10 Seat user/person for 24 hours 720 x 2 = 1440 person/users Water use & discharge 1 person consume 2 liter. Water for 12 hours 720 user consumes 720x2= 1440 liter Our wastage tank capacity 1800 liter It means tank cleaning EVERY 12 HOURS OVERHEAD FRESH WATER Tank capacity 1500 liter
