What we usually hear…. JDE Service does have a lot of features but it takes us a lot of steps and screens to use it Our service has more of an out in the field requirement Our technicians would not use it Our technicians could not use it Too much effort to make changes to technicians time We have too much warranty work which makes things harder We are too busy to try to set up service Requires too much accounting knowledge We have a 3rd party solution already 3rd party was directed by the business not IT Too many screens made it unusable Field requirements are becoming much easier to handle with options Change management is real Warranty work is labor intensive to get it right, hard to do out of the box There are always competing priortities ANY of THESE SOUND FAMILIAR???

Whether we come from a distributor of a new product or a manufacturer of a new product, we have to ask ourselves the following questions: Are they servicing it already from somewhere else? Will it lead to sticky customers? Could we turn it into a sale later? At the end of the day, we are all trying to improve our Share of Wallet of our customer It was the answer to the offshore movement Companies know that is leads to sticky customers?
