Increase Effectiveness of AF Core Missions Joint Information Environment Infrastructure Apps Rat DC Tech Cyber & Weapons Systems Security Increase Cybersecurity of AF Systems & Info Cyber Security Innovation Fund Improve Agility and Accuracy of Operations With a contiguous crosswalk from the AF Strategic Master Plan to the AF Information Dominance Flight Plan to specific initiatives, SAF/CIO A6 submitted the following four Planning Choices to resource an enterprise-level, foundational IT backbone: - Joint Information Environment Infrastructure: Build the future digital operating environment required for warfighting in the Information Age -- AF set to begin migrating first region to the agency tier of NIPR JRSS in Aug 16 pending an operations validation; this will replace to the AFNET Gateways with a joint capability -- AF is the lead implementer on behalf of DISA for SIPR JRSS; the design is very similar to AF SIPR C2 Nodes and migrations begin Oct 16 -- $330M approved by the AF during the FY17 POM to fund JRSS through the FYDP - Cyber Security: Operationalize an enduring framework identified by Task Force Cyber Secure to increase cyber support to AF Core Missions by furthering and/or initiating foundational cyber security measures - Enterprise Services: Deliver common IT services and capabilities to all Airmen and reduce the cyber security vulnerabilities exposed by fractured fielding and support of digital solutions - Innovation: A framework and resources to deliver priority digital solutions with speed and agility to enhance the execution of the AF Core Missions -- Many types of funds that are functionally driven though transparent governance IT for Power Projection Realize efficiencies through innovative IT solutions Enterprise Support Agreements Cloud IT/P3 AF Strategic Master Plan The Vision Information Dominance Flight Plan Measures of Effectiveness Delivery Approach The Initiatives Planning Choices Programs

Established USAF-First Stand-Alone Chief Information Security Officer Cyber Force Application Future Operating Concept Developed & Signed Developed Reporting Process for Weapon Systems Cyber Incidents Achieved Tanium and Cyber Mission Force IOC Milestones Led Federal IT Dashboard reporting actions for 31 major AF IT investments; achieved first- ever 100% concurrence on program assessments/recommendations Earned over $125M in end of year fallout funding to address various shortfalls in prioritized programs and unfunded requirements Successfully fielded new AF IT Portfolio Management tool (Oracle OPPM) and attained IOC status; on target for Apr 2017 FOC and shutdown of EITDR Consolidated 2K contracts into first-ever CISCO enterprise contract--$109M savings 15 Pathfinders for Cyber Squadron Initiative achieved initial training and equipment to begin Mission Defense Team objectives for mission assurance Executed additional duty and ancillary training reductions; updated, reduced, and aligned Air Force Cyberspace Policies
