Welcome to eLife.
Agents will receive this guide attached to their welcome from eLife.
To be authorized to use the eLife Platform for selling life insurance, all Agents must first complete the eLife on-boarding process.
The on-boarding process can only be completed online. This guide is designed to help Agents by explaining the process, step-by-step.
The on-boarding process explained in this guide includes four steps:
Choosing a personal password to sign in with in future
Reading and agreeing eLife’s ‘Agent Code of Conduct’
Reading the Product and Underwriting Guide
Completing and passing the eLife Agent Certification Exam

3. Welcome ◙ ◙
The process starts with the Agent receiving this automated welcome inviting them to complete the ‘on-boarding’ process

4. Choose a Password
To sign in, use the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ provided in the ‘welcome’
The Username is always the Agent’s NIPR Number

5. Choose a Password
As soon as you sign in, you will be asked to set your own (personal) password.
This should make it easier for you to remember.

On this screen you will be asked for personal information for analytical purposes.

There are 13 questions relating to the Agent Code of Conduct and 20 questions relating to the Product and Underwriting Guide.

If you are not successful a second time, you will need to contact your Agency Administrator to allow further chances to take the exam.

If you ARE successful, this will be your last screen.
You are now ‘on-boarded’ and ready to sell the eTerm Express policy.
Clicking the ‘home’ button will take you to the screen where you can start the ‘Application’ process for an eTerm Express policy.
