3 Respiratory Key Words: Using your lungs to breathe which transports oxygen to your muscles then gets rid of the carbon dioxide.

4 Endurance Key Words: Going for a long time
Aerobic= 20 minutes or more of continuous exercise

5 Cardiorespiratory Endurance
Key Words: Using your heart & lungs to send oxygen to your muscles for a long time during a movement activity.

6 Muscular Endurance Key Words: Using your muscles for a long time.
(9 repetitions or more.)

7 Muscular Strength Key Words: Your muscles using their power and force to push, pull, lift, or carry something. (8 repetitions or less.)

8 Flexibility Key Words: Moving your joints through a full range of motion.

9 Body Composition Key Words: Your body is made up of skin, bone, muscle, fat, and organs.
