Use a new Marter file to setup decisions for Y3Q2 through Y4Q1.
Have instructor review for obvious errors.
Enter Y3Q2 decision into BPG and SAVE before end of class. If no decision is entered, the simulation uses the decision from the prior quarter.

Have a team member Setup a new Marter as soon as the reports are available.
Before class meets:
CEO—review financial and operational performance to identify issues
CFO—review financial performance, identify financial issues; then, identify which operational issues need to change to improve financial performance
VP Marketing—review company and competitor performance, identify M&S issues, & decide how to address the issues
VP Production—review operational issues, consider how to address them, and update long-term assessment of capacity.

Remember to save the new Marter file with Y3Q2 and W?C? in the file name
Do the Setup using Y3Q1 reports
Check for stock outs, cash balances, model availability, & savings level
If you complete D1 through D4, the PRFORMA worksheet in Marter can be used to assess the need for additional lines beyond the D1 to D4 time frame.
