2 What Is PartnerConnect
PartnerConnect is software that will transform our human resources management systems and services—including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, performance management, payroll, and learning. With convenient online tools, partners will have access to reliable, accurate, timely, and accessible personal information. PartnerConnect makes it easy for partners to interact with Human Resources while empowering them to own their information. PartnerConnect replaces HR Workways TMS becoming LMS

3 Why We Need It Our existing HR systems are outdated and no longer supported. We need an advanced, modern, integrated solution to serve as the single source of truth to enable better, data-driven business decisions. PartnerConnect will be foundational to helping Human Resources deliver expertise and solutions that fuel the future success of Cintas.

Partners are the company’s most important asset. This new system is designed to help connect our people strategy to our business strategy to drive results. So the system is not merely a repository of information, but a tool to help Cintas make decisions by making connections between partners, their performance and the company’s results.

15 Key Change Impacts by Role
Process Today Future New Hires Complete I-9 and paperwork during Orientation Complete New Hire Paperwork and I-9 during New Hire Orientation. Review and sign forms: C-14, C-111, C138- C-149, and Section 1 of the I-9 process online prior to New Hire Orientation. All Partners View/Update Personal Information Partners view personal information and payroll information on the HRWW site via computer. Partners will have access to view payroll information and make updates to personal data in PartnerConnect via computer, or the SAP app on a mobile device or tablet. Language Options English is the only available language in HRWWs. Partners can change the language in which to view PartnerConnect to either Spanish or French Canadian. Payroll Distribution Partners may receive direct deposit, a live (paper) check, or a combination of both. US Partners will no longer receive a live (paper) check and have the option of either the Money Network Service or Direct Deposit.

16 Key Change Impacts by Role
Process Today Future Hourly Partners Clock In and Out Partners clock in and out using a time clock. Partners will be able to clock in and out via their company-provided computer or mobile device (with the exception of Production Partners who will continue to use a time clock). Manager/HR Manager Opening a Requisition HR Managers and Hiring Managers open new requisitions in the Taleo Staffing system. Managers and HR Managers will contact the Corporate Employment Solutions Team who will post all requisitions for them in PartnerConnect. Salary Justification Process Managers or HR Managers complete a Salary Justification Form (SJF) when required by policy, and submit it to the Compensation Dept. for approval. The Salary Justification Form (SJF) will no longer be used. If a compensation change needs approval by the Compensation Dept. it will be routed to them through a process flow in PartnerConnect.
