Really appreciate work of volunteers and coordinators
New to Club and was amazed how welcome everyone made us feel. Communication is fantastic.
The team manager communication was crucial on Facebook and really helped feel part of the team.
Improvement Opportunities
The coordination of junior teams and organisation and communication could be a lot better organised for the junior system.
Team managers for juniors had no guidance or instruction just had to wing it.
Invest some money into the juniors- especially clothing the Guernseys are pretty old promised but never arrived.
Unfair balance of game time for players
Far too much emphasis placed on the A's
Ensure coaches can be at training
Umpiring stadards need to be improved
Facilities - cricket ground not enough room

More of the junior teams (u9/10/11 etc) GET to know each other better (training/events)
More social opportunities - mix with netball and other age groups
Nominating too high division!
End of season break-up activity/celebration for the juniors would be nice. Supertramp/Aerodrome or similar would be great, also a cricket team for the off season.
