2 Foundation Level No change to form – to be completed by trainer and submitted to NES prior to training date. At foundation level there are a couple of changes to both forms and processes. Registration forms have not been changed and should be completed by local trainers and submitted to NES prior to the training as this allows our administrative staff to log the candidates details into our spreadsheet. The form will still be accessible to download from the Community as before. It is preferred that these are sent as an attachment by but if you prefer to continue to send as a hard copy that’s fine. Trainer will mark the paper. Answer paper will be available on the CfS Community of Practice along with guidance on marking system. The candidate’s mark should be entered into the new NES verification form. 4 Foundation Level Direct Observation of Practice
Form can be completed on a tablet/laptop as an editable PDF. The form will be available on the CfS Community of Practice. The DOP should be retained by the trainer for a minimum of one year. Candidate Information Assessor Information Feedback and comments. Competencies met,

10 1st September 2016 Up until 1st September teams can submit old style forms as they familiarise themselves with both the new forms and the tablets however we ask that you don’t send a mixture of old forms and new forms for individual candidates. On and after the first of September only new style NES verification form will be accepted.
