2 What is it? A mentally challenging problem or puzzle whose solution requires great ingenuity.

3 Why is it important? Develops and challenges your brain

4 Facts of brain The brain is the center of the humans nervous system, controlling our thoughts, movements, memories and decisions. The brain of an adult human weighs around 3 pounds (1.5kg). Although it makes up just 2% of the body’s weight, uses around 20% of the energy. Every time your heart beats, your arteries carry 20-25% your blood to the brain. The harder you think, the more oxygen and fuel your brain will use from your blood – up to 50%.

Answer Answer Answer Answer

14 Answer 1 Fill up the 7 gallon jug completely. Now pour as much of the 7 gallons as you can into the 4 gallon jug. You should have 3 gallons in the 7 gallon jug. Dump out the 4 gallon jug, pour the 3 gallons from the 7 gallon jug into the 4 gallon container. Finally, fill up the 7 gallon jug completely and pour what you can, 1 gallon, into the 4 gallon jug until it is full. Taking 1 gallon from seven gallons leaves 6 gallons. Back

According to a study published in The New England Journal of Medicine, adults who participated in the mind-challenging activities were 63% less likely to develop dementia. The rate at which your brain processes information can range from 0.5 meters/second (about 1 mile/hour) to 120 meters/second (268 MPH).
