Total Supply Chain Security (TSCS) Protection of the whole trade flow from Ms to Cs TSCS Symposium on 6-7 July 2006 (Major Findings ) The threat was real and could seriously affect trade. There are the merits for investing in the enhancement of supply chain security measures. The urgent attention should be given to recovery of trade in the aftermath of terrorist attacks. The shared responsibilities between the public and private sectors are crucial.
